What is included in Platinum Sponsorship?
15 Minute Introduction of your company. This will take place prior to the beginning of one of our sessions.

What is included in Gold Sponsorship?
Conference attendance for two company representatives
Company name and logo displayed as a gold sponsor on agenda and registration materials
Vendor display space
Invitation to attend all events
What happens when a platinum sponsor is featured at an event?
The sponsor name will be featured on tent cards at all meals. For the other outings the name will be featured at the outing at the start of the event and on signage if possible.
Do I get to speak in front of the group with my sponsorship?
Platinum Sponsors get a 15 minute Introduction of their company prior to one session
Where do I send my payment?
The preferred payment option is by credit card. Payment by check is accepted as well. Please arrange for payment by emailing associations@GeorgiaEMC.com who will follow up with payment information.
What is the deadline for payment?
The deadline to submit payment for the sponsorship is 3/3/25.
How many people can I bring to the conference?
The sponsorship is for two attendees. To add another attendee is $500 per person. A sponsorship covers four attendees in total. If multiple vendors split a sponsorship level the total for all vendors is still four attendees.
Will I get a list of all the attendees?
At the conclusion of the event you can request a list of the attendees. The list will only include the attendee name and the EMC they are associated with. No contact information will be provided.
Where can I set up my booth and when?
Booth setup will be available in the Ballroom at the Brasstown Valley Resort on Wednesday from 2pm - 10pm. A table assignment map for the room will be provided a week before the conference. Each sponsor will be provided a 6 ft table with power if requested.
How do I ship items to the Conference?
BOX HANDLING
All packages should be delivered to the resort no more than 3 days prior to the conference dates due to storage limitations.
